Because of my broad experience in the real estate market I can be deployed quickly for almost all work in the field of property-, asset- and fund management, acquisition and disposition, developing portfolio strategies, (re)financing, etc.. However I am also available for the more minor/ ad hoc tasks like setting up a data room, writing market research or investment proposals, setting up investment models, writing business plans for the bank, making IM’s / brochures or assisting in legal and technical due diligence.
